Dynamic personnel are Primavera P6 scheduling experts, and we also use a newly developed scheduling platform called Planera, which is a collaborative tool designed specifically for CMGC/CMAR and other alternative delivery methods. These tools are utilized to establish a critical path and determine the amount of time it will take to complete a project. Dynamic is also an expert at reviewing time extension requests, and reviewing claims related to time impacts. Time-related overhead (TRO) can be one of the most significant costs associated with a project, so having a solid understanding of the overall duration required, will ultimately produce more accurate cost estimates.
