PRESS RELEASE – 6/18/2026 – Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded Independent Cost Estimating Contract by Truckee Meadows Water Authority

Dynamic Preconstruction Services has been selected to support Truckee Meadows Water Authority with Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) Services for their OneWater Nevada Advanced Purified Water Facility at America Flat CMAR.

The $200 million facility is Nevada’s first water purification and reuse project, bringing a reliable, local water supply to the Truckee Meadows region. As a major advancement in the water industry, the facility will use drought-resistant technology designed to lower operational costs and energy requirements while meeting federal drinking water standards through granular activated carbon filtration and ultraviolet light treatment.
