Dynamic Preconstruction Services is celebrating their fifth anniversary, marking five years of supporting infrastructure projects with independent cost insight, disciplined preconstruction strategy, and meaningful risk awareness. Since Dynamic’s founding, the firm has focused on helping teams make smarter decisions during the early phases of project planning and delivery.

Over the past five years, the infrastructure industry has evolved through alternative delivery methods, stronger collaboration among project partners, and an increased emphasis on early project clarity. Dynamic has had the opportunity to support agencies, contractors, and project teams navigating changing delivery environments while contributing cost perspective and preconstruction support to complex infrastructure programs.
