Dynamic Preconstruction Services is proud to support McCarthy Building Companies on the $850 million Fairmont Sediment Filtration Plant project for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP). Delivered under a Progressive Design-Build model, this major infrastructure initiative represents a significant investment in protecting California’s vital water resources and strengthening the region’s water supply system’s resilience.

As part of the project’s early development efforts, Dynamic will provide preconstruction services that support collaboration, cost transparency, and strategic planning throughout the progressive design-build process. This award reflects Dynamic’s continued growth and experience supporting large-scale public infrastructure projects that serve communities across the state.

Dynamic will be giving support during early project efforts, collaborating alongside McCarthy as the project moves into the later development stages. The Progressive Design-Build method will allow early coordination, cost validation, and strategic planning as design milestones are achieved.
