Dynamic Preconstruction Services has been selected to support global engineering firm Jacobs in providing Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) services to the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) for the I-395 Northbound Bridge Retrofit over the Potomac River. This is a key connection between Washington, DC and Virginia. This highly complex infrastructure project marks Dynamic’s first major East Coast engagement, expanding Dynamic’s national presence and reflects Dynamic’s role as a trusted industry leader.

Our Role in this Project Includes:

✅ Risk Management – Identifying potential challenges early to keep the project on track.

✅Cost Estimating – Providing expert insight to support informed decision-making. 

✅ Scheduling – Develop independent CPM schedules

✅ Quantity Verification – Perform detailed quantity takeoffs
