PRESS RELEASE – 11/19/2025 – Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded 2-Year Independent Cost Estimating On-Call Master Agreement by Nebraska DOT to Support New Alternative Delivery Program

Dynamic has been awarded a first of its kind on-call master agreement for Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) services by the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) to support their brand-new alternative delivery program. NDOT will be rolling out a series of complex CMGC and PDB projects over the next two years, and Dynamic will be providing as-needed ICE services at various design milestones on projects across the state.

Our role in this program will include:

✅ Risk Management – Identifying potential challenges early to keep the projects on track.

✅ Cost Estimating – Providing expert insight to support informed decision-making. 

✅ Scheduling – Develop independent CPM schedules and review contractor schedules.

✅ Innovations – Provide value engineering services and cost saving innovations.

✅ Quantity Verification – Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and lead quantity reconciliation meetings. 

✅ Constructability Review – Dynamic will ensure projects are buildable, and that designs are defensible.
