Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded Independent Cost Estimating Contract by Jacobs for the Potomac River Bridge in Washington, DC.
Dynamic Preconstruction Services has been selected to support global engineering firm Jacobs in providing Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) services to the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) for the I-395 Northbound Bridge Retrofit over the Potomac River. This is a key connection between Washington, DC and Virginia. Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded 2-Year Independent Cost Estimating On-Call Master Agreement by Nebraska DOT to Support New Alternative Delivery Program
Dynamic has been awarded a first of its kind on-call master agreement for Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) services by the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) to support their brand-new alternative delivery program. Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded 2-Year ICE & Scheduling Contract by California Department of Transportation
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has awarded Dynamic a prime contract for ICE & scheduling services related to the replacement of the Interstate 40 bridge over the Colorado River, connecting California to Arizona. The project involves a complete replacement of the bridge structure, while maintaining access to motorists and the boaters in the river below. This is a highly complex project that will involve staged construction and coordination between both Caltrans and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Dynamic will be representing Caltrans at the negotiation table while reconciling quantities, costs, schedule durations, and risk contingencies with the CMGC.

Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded 5-Year ICE & Scheduling Contract by California Department of Transportation
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has awarded Dynamic a prime contract for ICE & scheduling services related to the retrofit of the Coronado Bridge, connecting the City of San Diego to Coronado Island. The main objective of the project is to install a suicide deterrent system along both sides of the bridge, construct bridge maintenance access bays / platforms, and improve the traffic management system on the bridge. This is the first progressive design-build (PD-B) contract ever released by Caltrans, and Dynamic will be representing Caltrans at the negotiation table while reconciling quantities, costs, schedule durations, and risk contingencies with the design-builder.

Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded 7-Year ICE & Scheduling Contract by California Department of Water Resources
The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) has awarded Dynamic a prime contract for ICE & scheduling services related to the modernization of seven critical facilities throughout San Joaquin Valley. These critical facilities include large industrial scale hydroelectric generating and pumping plants that are key pieces of California infrastructure, providing water and electricity to millions of citizens. Modernization objectives will include life safety code updates, emission reduction initiatives, communication upgrades, and ventilation improvements.

Dynamic Preconstruction Services Awarded ICE & Scheduling Services Contract for the Seismic Retrofit of the Golden Gate Bridge
The Golden Gate Bridge, Transportation, and Highway District has awarded the Leland Saylor Associates / Dynamic Preconstruction Services team with a one-year ICE and Scheduling service contract in support of the preconstruction phase of this monumental CMGC project. Work on the project will consist of retrofitting steel trusses and main towers, as well as the concrete main tower bases. Dynamic’s scope will include the review of design documents, review of the contractor’s approach, phasing plan, project schedule, and cost models. Dynamic will also be supporting the development of an independent cost estimate at multiple design milestones, and for multiple packages of work.
