Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented estimator to support our preconstruction and bidding efforts. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the development of competitive and complete proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and building construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to define project scope and pricing assumptions
• Perform quantity takeoffs and apply labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• Develop pricing summaries, bid breakdowns, and estimate backup documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience preparing construction cost estimates
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and estimating principles
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate effectively with project teams

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in civil, infrastructure, or building construction
• Exposure to preconstruction, project controls, or bidding environments
