Dynamic Leadership
With over 20 years of experience working in the heavy civil industry, Jesse Espinoza is the Founding Principal at Dynamic, responsible for the overall leadership and management of the organization. Mr. Espinoza is a second-generation construction professional, and a well decorated preconstruction expert. Prior to launching Dynamic, Mr. Espinoza served as the Regional Chief Estimator for a top-rated ENR contractor who has been branded as America’s Infrastructure Company. Mr. Espinoza’s project experience spans across multiple markets such as roads / highways, bridges, airport taxiways, airport runways, underground utilities, mining, site work, light rail, and solar power generation. He has also been involved in some of the most complex building construction projects in the United States, including preconstruction management for the $1 billion Otay Mesa East Port of Entry which involved the construction of 23 buildings on a massive site, spanning hundreds of acres – requiring cost estimates for almost every building trade in the industry.
